  • If you don’t receive an order confirmation from us within a few days, our emails might have been rejected by your mail server. Please use an alternative email address and resend it.
  • The item will not be kept on hold until your payment is confirmed.
  • Book conditions are described in Japanese. If you have any difficulties in translation do not hesitate to contact us directly.






    International Order Payments

    We send you a payment link that you can jump to safe payment platform.
    Credit cards such as VISA/Master/JCB/Amex/Diners are accepted.
    The items will be sent upon receipt of your payment.

    International Delivery Details

    Items will be shipped with tracking # via the Japan Post (EMS/SAL) unless otherwise requested.
    Additional duties, taxes, and/or import fees requested by the country of import are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
    Insrurance coverage(EMS) is for the book(s) only, not shipping costs.
    Items will be tightly packed in a box (we never ship in envelopes).

    Returns

    SO BOOKS will only accept returns if an item is not in the condition that it was described as. In these cases, the customer must notify us within five days after its arrival. You will be refunded after the item is received by SO BOOKS.
